Our events
Every project begins with the same questions: who are the people who will be there? What does this moment mean to them? How do we want them to feel when they leave?
It is from these answers that we build everything else: the concept, the venue, the narrative, the production and the communication. We deliver a fully integrated service, from start to finish.
Whether it is organising corporate brand activation events, a reimagined conference, an immersive team-building experience or a private celebration, the approach is always the same: emotion before logistics.
For brands that want to be felt.
We focus on the moments when the organisation presents itself to the outside world: to customers, partners and potential customers. We do more than just entertain guests. We create a shared memory that they associate with the brand, generating a kind of loyalty that no communication campaign can produce.
What we do
For companies that want to build cultures you can feel.
Most organisations have never seriously asked themselves: what is it like to work here? The result is cultures that are often not what the leadership intended, nor the cultures that people need.
Our work ranges from strategic one-day experiences to cultural transformation programmes lasting several months.
What we do
Our original work. Proof of what we are capable of.
Signature Worlds are born without a brief, without a client and without external creative constraints. They are fully immersive productions, open to a carefully selected audience, and are the most honest testament to our creative philosophy.
Anyone who commissions us to create a world is, in part, commissioning the sensibility of those who produced these.

For those who want to celebrate in a truly unique way. We take the time to have in-depth conversations to understand not only what the client wants to happen, but who they are, who their guests are and what this moment means in their life.
What we do
A world designed around human connection. A Valentine's Day evening with 200 guests, a seven-course dinner, 30 performers and a party until 3 am.
100 per cent of the guests said they would return.
An aristocratic world. A dress code, actors mingling amongst the guests and live music. People did not just attend an event. They were characters in a world created just for them.

Medusa-X was founded by Rute Ablum, who, before creating worlds for others, built up organisational expertise at one of Portugal's most award-winning companies. The methodology we apply today was developed and tested over years of real-world work with real organisations.
